I just placed an order—when will it ship?
We always do our best to ship items as quickly as possible. Please note it may take 4–7 business days for order preparation before dispatch. The typical shipping time is 15–21 days.
Tracking numbers are usually updated within 3–5 days after your order ships. If you haven’t received a tracking number 7 business days after shipment, email us at contact@costalduneboutique.com.
I’m not happy with my order—can I return it? What if there’s a problem?
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. You have 14 days to return the product for a full refund. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Once we receive the product, we’ll refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please include your name and order number inside the return parcel.
Note: If the package is still in transit, you’ll need to wait for delivery and then return it before we can process a refund.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order free of charge within 2 hours of purchase. After this window, your order will be processed and shipped, and cancellation won’t be possible. If your order has already shipped, you can still use our easy returns process for a full refund.
I entered the wrong address—what can I do?
If you entered an incorrect or auto-filled address, reply to your order confirmation email with the correct address. After verifying the address is incorrect, please also contact us at contact@costalduneboutique.com.
If you notify us within 24 hours, we can correct it with no issues. After 24 hours, refunds are not available due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times can vary because we ship worldwide from multiple fulfillment centres, depending on your location. On average, delivery takes 15–25 business days.
