Hassle-free returns

We know that sometimes an item doesn’t fit as hoped or you simply change your mind. That’s why we offer a simple, convenient returns policy.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the delivery date to return items that are unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags attached.

How to Return

  1. Request a Return Authorization
    Email our customer service at support@thecalgarycollective.com to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

  2. Download the Return Form
    You’ll find the return form on our website along with the return address.

  3. Packaging
    Place the items you’re returning in the original packaging (securely). Include the completed return form and the packing slip, with the RAN clearly visible.

  4. Shipping
    Send the parcel to the address provided in the return instructions. For smooth processing, returns should be shipped to our warehouse at:

    We recommend using a trackable service to ensure safe delivery.

    *Any orders returned to this address before completing our returns process and receiving a RAN will NOT be eligible for a refund, as the location and security of the package being returned to us cannot be confirmed.

Who Covers Return Shipping?

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (e.g., size exchange or change of mind).

  • Please note that shipping to our China warehouse can start from approximately $65 or more (or local equivalent), depending on the carrier and service chosen.

  • No additional fees are charged by Costal Dune Boutique.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned items and verify they meet the return criteria, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed.

Exceptions

We cannot accept returns for items that appear worn, washed, altered, or missing original tags.
